Car Seats:

Since September 18th 2006 all children below 135cm / 4ft 5 ins (and younger than 12 years old) are required by law to travel in an appropriate child restraint, with a fixed penalty of £30 for parents who don't comply. Car Seats must NOT be fitted into any car if there is an airbag fitted where the seat is to be placed.
• Read your instructions before using the seat.
• Your child will learn to release the buckle of its car seat. This is not a fault, the buckle cannot be made harder to undo and it may not be covered as in an overturned car you would not be able to undo the buckle to release your child.
• Do not remove any warning stickers from your car seat.

Accessories / Fabric:

• Fabric may well differ in shade, they will also fade at a different rate especially if they are not used together, i.e. Sun Canopies, Foot Muffs and the fabric of pushchairs and car seats
• Follow the washing instructions carefully if there are no washing instructions then presume the item may not be washed.
• Do not wash items such as seat units if they are PVC backed as they will retain the water and will not dry.
• Always use a non-bio liquid rather than washing powder.
• It is not always possible for us to supply accessories for the items we sell.
• If an item has been discontinued or is out of warranty we may not be able to supply parts.

Accidental Damage:

• If you have damaged any of your nursery items you may be able to make a claim against your household contents insurance Check your insurance policy for further details.
